Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and any loss or damage during return shipping will result in a denied refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the item, using the original payment method.

Exceptions from the Right of Withdrawal

Custom-made items, such as pottery tailored to your specifications, are non-refundable. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to items used beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and functionality.
