Important to Consider When Returning Items
To return an item, it must be in its original condition and packaging, if available. The item should be well-packaged to prevent damage during shipping. The original packaging must not be used as outer packaging. All parts, such as labels, accessories, and manuals, must be included in the return. Any reduction in the product’s condition upon receipt may result in a value deduction.
You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned intact. If damaged during return shipping, frida hedblom reserves the right to deny a refund.
Transport Damages
If the shipment is visibly damaged upon receipt, do not accept the package. Notify the shipping company immediately and contact frida hedblom with photos and details of the damage within 3 calendar days of receipt.
Standard Shipping
Items are shipped via the specified shipping company. Packages under 20 kg are delivered to the nearest pickup point, while larger items may require additional delivery coordination. Precise delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Fee for Failed Delivery Attempt
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to accept, you may be charged a return fee.
Inventory Status
Items in stock are typically available for immediate delivery. These items are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days, meaning delivery to you should take approximately 3–5 working days. If a delivery delay occurs due to supplier issues, frida hedblom reserves the right to extend the delivery time. You will be notified promptly if such a delay affects your order.
